is the core operating policy of the Garrison House Press.
All items detailed below flow from this core idea, and any situation which is not explicitly addressed returns to it for resolution.
1. Every order and file we receive at Garrison House Press is carefully reviewed and checked to make sure it will print properly. Although we take no responsibility for typos on supplied files, we do look for them, and will fix them or let you know about them during this part of the process. We will then notify you of any additional time or charges that may be required. Due to the complicated nature of pricing custom printing, your price may even be less than shown on the website.
2. Your credit card will not be charged until order has been finalized and approved by you.
3. Any redos due to our error will be rerun correctly at no charge. Any reruns due to customer error will be rerun at a 45% discount from original job price. |
